Il est arrivé ! - It has arrived!

Que peut-on bien attendre avec autant d'impatience en cette période de l'année ? 

Le sapin, bien sûr !

Et cette année, je me suis offert LE sapin que je voulais depuis longtemps.

De plus, il a été fait pour moi , mais surtout par Michèle Herpin, une miniaturiste de grand talent que vous pouvez rencontrer lors des salons parisiens (au SIMP et à Paris Création, notamment).

Sur sa jolie table, vous y trouverez principalement de la mercerie ancienne, des créations de Michèle et beaucoup, beaucoup de gentillesse.

What can we expect with so much impatience at this time of the year?
The tree, of course!
And this year, I bought THE tree that I wanted for a long time.

In addition, it was done for me, but especially by Michèle Herpin, a talented miniaturist that you may encounter during the Parisian exhibitions (the SIMP and Paris Création).
On her pretty table, you will find mostly old haberdashery, Michèle creations and much, much kindness.

Ce sapin est d'une grande finesse, d'un « vert sapin » (─ rien de plus normal pour un sapin, me direz-vous… ^^), oui, mais il est d'un BEAU vert sapin ! Il  ne perd pas une seule de ses aiguilles ;) et surtout, surtout il a des proportions idéales. Bref, c'est le sapin qu'il me fallait cette année. Merci, Michèle ! ♥

Voici donc le mien (Michèle propose trois tailles différentes, celui-ci se situe au milieu, il y a plus petit et il y a plus grand :D). Pour le placer là où il va élire domicile durant la période des fêtes, il ne pouvait pas être plus haut que ça. Il mesure 15 cm. Chaque branche étant articulée et terminée par des ramifications, on peut lui donner la forme que l'on veut.

This tree is of great finesse, a "green tree" (─ nothing more normal for a Xmas tree, you tell me ... ^^), yes, but it is a BEAUTIFUL green tree! He does not lose one of its "leaves"* *as I don't know the English name* ;) and especially, especially it has ideal proportions. In short, it is the tree this year I needed. Thank you, Michèle! ♥

Here is mine (Michèle offers three different sizes, it is in the middle, there are smaller and there are bigger :D). To place it where it will take up residence during the holiday season, it could not be higher than that. It measures 15 cm 5.91''. Each arm being articulated and ended with ramifications, we can give it the shape you want.

C'est donc tout naturellement dans le jardin, encore en friches et temporaire, du musée qu'il a été livré et où il doit un peu patienter avant d'entrer dans la pièce où il revêtira son habit de fête. Mais, ça c'est pour la prochaine fois…

So naturally it is into the garden, still uncultivated and temporary, of the doll's museum that has been delivered and where it should wait a little before entering the room where he'll dress with its festive suit. But that's for next time ...
